An interpretative audio map plotting Marisol's enduring imprint on Chicago (MarisolMap.com). In creating this hybrid self-guided tour, I imagined the audience as adults living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease exploring in tandem with their care partners—thus melding my critical research with art therapy best practices. Through these transdisciplinary forms, I strive to create a polyvalent, texturized portrait of Marisol’s late period. Fragmentation as force not failure.
